Here at Fusion, we use the Lean Sigma Six to review thoroughly and examine manufacturing firms and their products to give them feedback on the most efficient technologies and processes that might be adapted. Using the Lean Stigma Six , we come up with a diagnostic X-ray that consists of three steps: Enterprise value stream mapping, benchmarking and prioritizing. Our team first scans the enterprise to identify areas of the business that will be effectively modified to increase the productivity. Then, we test the performance of the processes being carried out against internal and external benchmarks to mark effectiveness targets. After the analysis is carried out, the team determines which processes to target to improve the company efficiency and increase profitability. After the X-ray is completed, we follow the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodology to define the processes that need to be improved and became efficient.
The diagnostic Xrays help the company to come up with a solid, concrete plan as well as coming up with a method to amplify cost and savings. After that, our team comes up with black belts and processes that will put the Xray into motion. We do our best to help companies find potential sources of profit and increase productivities without increasing overheads. We achieve that by working with our clients to put the processes into effect and check in to make sure that they work efficiently and are regularly updated with the most minimal effort over time
